Cochrane Age-Friendly Survey

We need your input! Please take a few moments to participate in the Cochrane Age-Friendly survey. The results from this survey will help guide the development of a plan to become an age-friendly community.

What is an Age-Friendly Community? An age-friendly community is one where all residents can fully participate in their community, regardless of age or ability. In an age-friendly community, age is not a barrier to access services, programs, businesses, or facilities. An age-friendly community is inclusive, accessible, and supportive of all residents, throughout their lifespan.
